As a partner at Money & More, Áron Horváth has built one of the largest financial advisor networks in the country (already over 100 people) since 2020 and has been successfully leading them. My main mission in this is the training of outstanding professionals, for which I have built a detailed, employee-friendly onboarding process, which we carry out mostly online, occasionally supplemented with personal training for new colleagues. Currently, it is worth starting this profession with us in Hungary, because we can integrate new colleagues at a very good rate, and compared to the high fluctuation typical of the sector, our colleagues quickly become successful and stay for a long time, they love their profession.
